Flybits

Report directly to the COO and provide technical oversight in all areas of the company
Manage the solutions engineering department in order to provide optimal benefit to the organization and team members

Guided development of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software and built best practice frameworks in relation to product implementation
Reviewed requirements, designs, and builds to report on findings in the areas of performance, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to the best practice guideline
Implemented custom solutions to fulfill technical requirements and meet gaps in the application, such as the creation of RESTful APIs, encryption (PGP), SSO authentication, enterprise schedulers, automated data manipulation and validation, and sFTP file operations
Assisted sales teams in signing prospective clients through understanding requirements and producing POCs
Drove additional sales during the implementation cycle by uncovering gaps in the sales process and providing solution
